Audio Visual Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion; Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions; Develop project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery; Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues; Provide regular client updates through meetings and reporting; Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met; Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies; Deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the AV or IT sector, ideally with high-end residential or commercial projects; Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems and technology; Excellent organisation, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills; Confident communicator with strong client-facing abilities; Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Simpro) and processes; Full driving licence required

Nice to have

PRINCE2, PMP, or other project management certifications advantageous; Health & Safety knowledge/certifications desirable
