Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines; Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills; Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms; Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Work in the territory listed (not remote)

Nice to have

Customer-facing experience; Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals; Active Adjusters license; College degree
