Automated Operations Engineer with French

We are now looking for an Automated Operations Engineer to secure technical capability, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support. This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Responsibilities

Coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities; Supporting project activities according to internal procedures; Managing and resolving tickets within SLA through proper escalation and coordination; Updating technical procedures; Training new team members if assigned; Intervening in incident cases post-configuration; Handling calls from field technicians to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

Min.2 years of RAN Nokia experience; Min.B2 level in French on writing and speaking; Min.B1 level in English on speaking; Excellent understanding of telecommunication networks and networks elements; Good knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of IP networks; Solid understanding of operations in a multivendor environment within Managed Services; Perseverance skill; Task orientation skill; Problem solving skill.

Nice to have

RAN Ericsson experience; Basic UNIX knowledge; Understanding of IP/MPLS routing protocols; Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification; Scripting skills (Shell, Perl or others).
