Automation Operator - Off Shift - Monday to Friday (10:00pm - 6:00am)

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines to produce precision components. This role requires pre-assembly of small parts under a microscope, machine monitoring, performing minor adjustments, and ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. The operator plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines; Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required; Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications; Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency; Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines; Record production activity, equipment issues, and promptly report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes; Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail; Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation; Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Legally authorized to work in the United States
