The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost; Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software; Ensure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable; Receive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair order; Relay and customer customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service team; Be the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered; Perform other duties as requested by management

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; Basic computer and data entry skills; Professional appearance and grooming standards; Ability to work well with customers maintaining poise and professionalism at all time while exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude.; Previous automotive service cashier experience a plus; Previous experience with CDK software a plus
