Job Title: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist

Location: Lincolnwood, IL

A Typical Day Includes

- Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
- Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
- Completing in-depth product demonstrations
- Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
- Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
- Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience

Responsibilities

Commission on New & Used Cars; Finance Bonuses; Fast-Start Volume Bonuses; Perfect Delivery Bonuses; Vehicle Acquisition Bonuses

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum); Sales experience, automotive preferred; Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
