Responsibilities

Make seriously good coffee; Give every customer a warm welcome; Serve food and drinks that look as good as they taste; Chat, recommend and help customers find their favourites; Keep your coffee station sparkling; Help your teammates survive the morning rush; Restock, tidy and keep everything running smoothly; Send customers back into the world happier and sufficiently caffeinated; You’re naturally friendly and love working with people; You’re reliable and turn up ready to get stuck in; You can keep your cool when things get busy; You’re a team player with a positive attitude; You care about the little details; You love coffee, or you're very willing to fall in love with it
