Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in line with Rosewood brand standards and the expectations of an ultra-luxury environment. A strong presence is maintained behind the bar throughout all service periods, ensuring beverage quality, consistency, efficiency, and personalized guest engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of Mocktails and other beverage offerings while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Accountability includes guest satisfaction, beverage quality, operational efficiency, stock control, and maintaining professional service standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional beverage service in line with Rosewood brand standards and ultra-luxury environment expectations; Maintain a strong presence behind the bar throughout all service periods; Ensure beverage quality, consistency, efficiency, and personalized guest engagement; Maintain strong knowledge of Mocktails and other beverage offerings; Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures; Engage with guests to create memorable and personalized experiences; Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally; Conduct daily mise-en-place and ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational before service; Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, equipment, glassware, and workstations; Support beverage revenue and profitability targets through upselling and cost control; Maintain proper handling, storage, and rotation of stock according to FIFO/LILO principles; Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behavior always; Support onboarding and training of new bartenders and beverage associates

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Mocktails and other beverage offerings; Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization
