JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes; Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality; Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and personalized service; Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specialties; Ensure bar mise en place is prepared before service; Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times; Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards; Verify guest age requirements in compliance with local regulations; Process guest orders accurately through the POS system; Handle cash and card transactions responsibly; Support cost control by minimizing waste and breakage; Assist in monthly inventory and stock-taking procedures

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in 5-star hotel or upscale bar; Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards; Basic knowledge of food pairing is an advantage; Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Relevant hospitality certification is preferred
