Bartender (part-time)

The Bartender is responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and cleanliness of the area.

Responsibilities

Take, mix and serve drink orders; Interact with guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere; Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures; Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures; Complete open, close and side duties including cleaning tables, stocking supplies, wash and stock glassware, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area; Maintain a clean and organized bar area; Follow all safety and hygiene standards; Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times; Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship; Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds; Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws; Knowledge of all drink types; Strong communication and customer service skills; Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the duration of a shift
