Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Atomic ABA (https://www.atomicaba.com/) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings; Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA; Collect and document accurate data on client progress; Participate in team meetings and ongoing training; Communicate professionally with families and team members

Requirements

Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism; A compassionate and patient approach to care; Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements

Nice to have

Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields (preferred)
