At Metterra Hotel on Whyte, we are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Guest Services team. Here is what you will be doing each day: As our Bellperson/Valet, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests by parking and retrieving their vehicles as needed. You will be greeting guests, unloading luggage, welcoming them to the historical Old Strathcona area, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you are entrusted with the safe keeping of our guests’ vehicle during their stay with us. all the while creating the most memorable of experiences.

Responsibilities

Parking and retrieving guest vehicles; Greeting guests and unloading luggage; Welcoming guests to the historical Old Strathcona area; Sharing insights and knowledge of hotel and area amenities; Ensuring safe keeping of guests' vehicles during their stay; Creating memorable guest experiences

Requirements

Clean driving record in Canada (3 years required); Previous guest service experience (1 year required); Ability to lift items up to 75 lbs; Outgoing and engaging personality; Time management skills; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; Dedicated; Enthusiastic; Detail Oriented
