Benugo - Event Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Event Sales Manager to join our Events by Benugo team! Location: Benugo Head Office, Holborn, London (with regular presence across our venue portfolio). Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive.

Responsibilities

Driving event sales and achieving revenue targets across Benugo's portfolio of venues; Building new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management; Managing enquiries from initial contact through to contract, creating tailored proposals and quotations; Conducting venue show-rounds, client meetings, and tastings to secure new business; Maintaining an active sales pipeline and ensuring accurate CRM records and reporting; Working closely with Event Planning, Operations, and venue teams to deliver an exceptional client experience; Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise revenue; Representing Events by Benugo at industry events and networking opportunities; Acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Requirements

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within events, hospitality, catering, venue sales, or agency environments; Strong business development and relationship-building experience; Experience creating high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and client pitches; Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of event profitability; Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail; Experience using CRM systems; A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach; The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment; A genuine passion for hospitality, events, food, and delivering outstanding client experiences
