Job Description

We’re looking for a Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Members Restaurant and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!

We Offer

Rate: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Full time/ Permanent

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service in a restaurant setting.; Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.; Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.; Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.; Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.; Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting.; Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.; Strong customer service skills.; Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.; Flexibility to work on events as and when required.; Passion for food and wine is a plus!
