Responsibilities

Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers; Collect and analyze data to guide progress; Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals; Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews; Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

Requirements

Credentialed BCBA in good standing; Passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs; Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection; Great communication skills and collaborative attitude; Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care; Completion of New Mexico's background check registry
