Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans; Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments; Partner with families as true collaborators (not just trainers); Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies; Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming); Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB; Michigan state licensure; Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field; Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching; Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice; Early childhood development expertise
