Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and growing team in Wichita Falls, Texas. The BCBA will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and build meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs); Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans; Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions; Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians; Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals; Provide parent and caregiver training to help promote progress outside of therapy; Ensure treatment plans remain clinically appropriate and focused on meaningful outcomes; Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable regulatory and HIPAA requirements

Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Texas LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure; Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities; Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment; Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans; Strong communication and leadership skills; A collaborative, compassionate approach to working with clients, families, and team members
