[Bosch HcP - Internship] Quality Management System & Method Intern

Assist in the digitalization and organization of quality management documentation and records Bosch central directive. Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS - HcP Process Compass. Support to organize QMM event (team building, 8/3, 20/10, teacher day, ...). Support to follow up Q-method topics (internal and external audit, BBM/PS Process Compass Changes, QMS KPI update, 14Q,...). Support for organizing workshop of projects (Q-mindset, Preventive Quality, PSD,...).

Responsibilities

Assist in the digitalization and organization of quality management documentation and records Bosch central directive; Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS - HcP Process Compass; Support to organize QMM event (team building, 8/3, 20/10, teacher day, ...); Support to follow up Q-method topics (internal and external audit, BBM/PS Process Compass Changes, QMS KPI update, 14Q,...); Support for organizing workshop of projects (Q-mindset, Preventive Quality, PSD,...).

Requirements

Last year student major in Industrial Management/Quality management/Economy, or a related field; Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude; Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions; Good at reading, writing and communication in English; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Presentation, PowerBI).

Nice to have

Good design skill/video making; familiarity with digital solutions in documentation
