Responsibilities

Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner.; Engage with prospective customers and members of the public.; Communicate information about the company, programs, services, and promotional initiatives.; Support brand awareness and customer engagement activities.; Participate in promotional events, campaigns, presentations, and community initiatives.; Build positive relationships with potential customers.; Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information.; Assist the team in achieving promotional and engagement goals.; Maintain a strong understanding of the Skillbridge Academy brand and its services.; Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance.; Collaborate with team members to create a consistent and professional customer experience.
