Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing

Responsibilities

Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions; Handle materials to and from workstation; Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care; Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions; Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements; Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations; Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.; Maintain a clean and organized work area.; Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.; Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred; Ability to read OMS and quality specifications; Excellent attention to detail; Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
