What You'll Do

As a Breakfast Chef (extra), you will play an important role in ensuring our breakfast service is consistently fresh, efficient, and enjoyable for every guest.

Responsibilities

Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes in line with hotel standards.; Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during breakfast service.; Maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency.; Delivering excellent guest experiences through attention to detail and a service-minded approach.; Working closely with front of house to ensure efficient kitchen operations and a positive team environment.; Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.; Contributing to departmental goals and hotel initiatives.; Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience; A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest service.; Strong teamwork and communication skills.; A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.; Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges.; High standards of personal integrity and professionalism.; Strong commitment to food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.; Work includes weekends and early morning shifts.
