Responsibilities

Create welcoming breakfast experiences by setting and clearing tables promptly; Engage with guests, taking their food and beverage orders with a friendly demeanor, and entering them into our point of service system with precision; Ensure each meal is prepared to perfection by coordinating closely with our culinary team; Present checks to our guests, processing payments with care when required; Step into multiple roles such as food running or bussing during peak times, showcasing your versatility and commitment to exceptional service; Contribute to enhancing our guest satisfaction scores through attentive service and a proactive attitude; Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing necessary safety equipment, and staying informed about MSDS and OSHA standards; Ensure each guest leaves happier than they arrived, epitomizing the ultimate guest satisfaction; Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support team efforts and management directives

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage service, or equivalent training; A knowledgeable hand with POS systems

High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
