Builder - Senior/Staff Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned product builder with a T-shaped skill set: deep expertise in building complex products and broad capabilities to tackle diverse challenges. As a product manager, you will own the roadmap, champion the customer, collaborate cross-functionally, leverage AI, and be data-driven.

Responsibilities

Own the Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy to achieve business goals; Champion the customer: Gain deep insights into user needs through direct interaction, research, and data analysis; Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality products; Leverage AI: Drive AI-first solutions that create value and enhance user experience; Be Data-Driven: Prioritize, measure success, and iterate using robust data analysis

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience; Proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering results; Ability to work effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs; Strong customer orientation with a knack for translating user needs into impactful solutions; Comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and using data to drive decisions; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, hit deadlines, and deliver high-quality work; Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across diverse teams

Nice to have

AI/ML product experience (preferred); Experience in AI-first products is a big plus
