Business Analyst - A26314

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Business Analyst. This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year. You will work in Singapore Government Agencies.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements; Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions; Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders; Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation; Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment; Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities; Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions; Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption; Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards; Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects; Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design; Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications; Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration; Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Product management experience and mindset; AWS related experience
