Business Analyst

You will join the Airbus (FHS) organization in charge of the CAMO Services & Support. The mission of the PSL is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations for customer services. More precisely the PSL is dedicated to support Customer Services activities related to CAMO (Performance and Maintenance) & Component Support of in-service fleet and Increase of service revenues of FHS. We are looking for an Airline ERP/MIS Business Analyst (Functional Expert with IT Background). Today FHS Business is providing support to Airlines by preparing and following the scheduled Maintenance planning. This activity is based on a centralized MIS (Maintenance Information System) tool.

Responsibilities

Understanding the FHS Business Process used in MIS; Understanding the Workflow of the process are implemented in MIS; Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to advise businesses regarding the use of MIS; Resolve defects and support requests raised by key users; Participate in the definition of MIS evolutions; Manage test campaigns associated to MIS evolutions; Product documentation associated to those activities (Functional specifications, User Guides, Admin Guide, Test Reports); Incident resolutions; Contribute as a focal point for functional questions related to the FHS MIS; Contribute in Data Mapping on Big data Analysis Platform and Data Analysis of MIS Data; Documenting Business requirements and communicating to development & testing teams; Organize, coordinate and support test phases (non regression tests or MIS evolution); Performing user acceptance testing; Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects; Support Project teams working on the MIS (providing awareness; defining evolutions by animating workshops and proposing functional solutions to match business needs; understanding current issues)

Requirements

Graduate in an area such as Information Technology, Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance (AME Diploma) related fields; 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; Knowledge in the Aircraft Maintenance / MRO Domain; Strong knowledge of Google suite; Experience in Functional-Technical Support; Knowledge of Airline Maintenance Activities; Working knowledge on at least one Aviation MIS (AMOS, RAMCO, AMASIS); Basic knowledge of SQL; Project Management Basic Knowledge; Autonomy, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skill (Collaboration, speak up, concise and accurate communication); Ability to quickly switch priorities; English Negotiation level

Nice to have

Specific experience in Airline supply chain modules like Procurement, Inventory management, Material planning and Stores/Logistics will be an added advantage; Knowledge on either of the tools HPALM, Jira, Version One; Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
