Requirements

4 years of experience as a Functional / Business Analyst; Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases with clarity and precision to align stakeholder needs with technical delivery; Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to inform requirement definition and ensure solutions reflect user-centered design considerations; Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions throughout the analysis and documentation process; Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical counterparts in a consulting environment; Fluency in French, at least B2 level; Fluency in English, at least B2 level; Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto; Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
