Business Operations

Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on delivering life-changing care to vulnerable elderly patients in their homes. We are looking for Business Operations team members to join our early team. This is a role for a sharp, scrappy operator who wants to learn the business by working in it. Depending on company needs, you will be placed in one area of the business, such as customer operations, revenue operations, people operations, or hiring, and own it end to end. You will work directly with founders and team leads, and there may be opportunities to take on work in other areas over time as the company grows. This is not a narrow role with a rigid playbook.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of projects from ambiguous idea to finished result; operational execution (follow-ups, record-keeping, coordination); systems building (replacing broken or manual processes with scalable workflows); data and insights (dashboards, key metrics, leadership insights); cross-team partnership with founders and team leads; fast learning of new tools, domains, and workflows, including how home health works

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience; prior startup experience required; backgrounds in operations, RevOps, BizOps, customer success, or similar roles are a strong fit; picks up unfamiliar domains, tools, and processes quickly; detail oriented; strong communicator; able to work in dashboards, CRMs, and spreadsheets and use data to spot opportunities; comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by mission, and energized by ownership in a fast-paced environment
