Business Technology Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance; Review new vendors and work on process improvements; Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory; Maintain SaaS applications and licensing; Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls; Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity; Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise; Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision

Requirements

Operating system knowledge (Mac and Windows); Proficiency in scripting languages; Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail; Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM and other SaaS tools; Proficiency with installation/configuration of software and hardware (including network equipment and printers); Excellent communication skills for communicating with the business technology team, employees and other departments
