Cafe Manager - John Lewis Leeds

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Benugo in John Lewis Leeds. The café is open 7 days a week, serving up freshly made sandwiches, scones, cakes and coffee.

Responsibilities

supervise, manage and motivate the team; make sure that the operation runs smoothly; ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard; continuously work towards improving sales and service; support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring; ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

Requirements

experienced Cafe Manager; good food and beverage knowledge; outstanding customer service; leadership skills
