Campaign Executive

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily operations and provide essential support to the campaign management team; Gain hands-on experience in setting up and managing AI campaigns from scratch; Collaborate with Campaign Analysts to monitor campaign performance, identifying data trends and potential issues early; Support the team in maintaining smooth workflows by leveraging internal tools and automation processes; Actively learn about the AdTech ecosystem and optimization logic to provide valuable insights for future campaign strategies

Requirements

Open to fresh graduates or those with limited experience, but must possess a strong ambition to build a career in the AI and Digital Advertising industry; Passionate about emerging technologies (including AI tools); capable of mastering new proprietary software and systems rapidly; Possesses a strong can-do spirit; approaches challenges with a positive, hands-on mindset, actively seeking solutions rather than waiting for instructions; Maintains a sharp eye for accuracy; takes pride in delivering error-free work, ensuring precise campaign configuration; Fluent in English (reading/writing); comfortable communicating effectively within an international team environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve personal productivity; Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g., CPM, CPA, ROI) or social media platforms; Not afraid of numbers and basic Excel functions
