Capital Markets Analyst

Joining as an Analyst, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex debt facilities and see the full lifecycle of a securitisation facility. You won't just be processing data; you will be learning how to structure and manage the capital which fuels a rapidly expanding leasing business.

Responsibilities

Support the management of securitisation facilities, including the transition to public markets and engagement with rating agencies and investors; Perform financial modelling, market analysis and manipulation of large and complex data sets; Help deliver sophisticated reporting requirements focusing on asset performance and forecasting; Handle ad-hoc data and information requests and prepare high-quality spreadsheets and presentations for stakeholders; Collaborate with the broader team to ensure capital markets activities support the company's growth agenda

Requirements

Degree in Finance or related discipline; 1 to 3 years of work or internship experience in a similar role (Capital Markets, Banking, Debt Advisory preferable) with an interest in securitisation; Highly numerate with ability to translate complex datasets into clear, professional spreadsheets and presentations; Expert in spreadsheets with basic understanding of SQL to query and manage large-scale data; Self-driven problem-solver with deep willingness to learn new financial structures; Ability to present technical financial analysis to internal stakeholders; Genuinely motivated to apply financial and technical skillset to help fund a business tackling climate change

Nice to have

Working knowledge of Fixed Income, Credit Risk, and ABS Markets in a finance setting
