Requirements

Between NQ-3 years’ UK post-qualification experience; Strong ECM experience (English law); Exposure to either public M&A or DCM (UK); Excellent drafting and written communication skills; Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative; Strong academic credentials.
