Care Assistant

We are currently looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Basildon branch team. As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing; Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support); Medication support; Meal preparation and assistance; Shopping and practical daily errands; Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning); Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence; Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others; Reliability and a naturally caring nature; Willingness to learn new skills; Great communication and a collaborative team spirit; The right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)
