Care Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance your skills in complex care. Working in this package, you will be caring for a young man who lives at home with his family. It will involve working 2:1 supporting him with his day to day activities, monitoring seizures caused by epilepsy and supporting with non-invasive ventilation. He enjoys going out for walks with his care team and his family. He also enjoys spending time in his room with sensory lights, music and his floor mats.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle; Willingness to learn and enhance new skills
