Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting); Helping with mobility and transfers; Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes; Meal preparation and assistance with eating; Medication reminders; Transportation or errands; Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Auto insurance coverage; Ability to work every other weekend; Minimum 30 hours of availability per month; At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience; Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods; Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead; Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers; Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.); Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines

Nice to have

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
