Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Our caregivers support individuals with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client; Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs); Provide companionship and meaningful engagement; Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience; Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support; Authorized to work in the United States; Ability to pass background check and drug screening; Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, cost assistance available; Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.
