Carousell Future Business Leader Programme (Graduate Track)

This is a highly selective programme meticulously designed to maximize the potential of high potential individuals and develop autonomous, relentless operators - individuals we call "Barrels." You will first go through a 3-month intensive immersion journey in the Founders Office, gaining fluency in data, finance and marketplace fundamentals. You will then go through 3 structured rotations spanning over the next 21 months in our core business engines - product, growth and commercialisation. Your goal is to own a product, category, market, or growth engine upon the completion of this 24-month high-intensity talent incubator programme.

Responsibilities

Own a product, category, market, or growth engine upon completion of the 24-month programme; Go through a 3-month intensive immersion in the Founders Office; Complete 3 structured rotations over 21 months in product, growth and commercialisation; Report to a senior leader in each rotation; Apply structured learning to real world situations; Be involved in organisational capability building programmes; Own high-stakes mandates with real P&L and metrics from day 1; Leverage AI infrastructure to solve user problems and translate technical capabilities to commercial and product breakthroughs

Requirements

Strong logic, data fluency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills; 0 to 2 years of professional work experience post-graduation; Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and team-oriented with resilience and high tolerance for ambiguity; Has founded something, joined an early-stage startup, run a profitable side-hustle, or led a community; Uses AI tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, v0, or custom GPTs to architect systems and multiply output

Nice to have

Recommended academic background includes data analytics, economics, finance and business fields, or technical fields such as engineering, with an exceptional interest in becoming a business operator
