We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales, improve customer experiences, and deliver exceptional in-store execution through merchandising, sales teams, brand activations, training, mystery shopping, and audit services.

We’re looking for a Casual Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume recruitment across a range of roles, including Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is looking to build or grow a career in recruitment or HR.

Responsibilities

Support high-volume recruitment across the business; Manage key stages of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, reference checks and coordinating offers; Focus on retail Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers; Fast paced, varied and hands-on role

Requirements

Organised with strong time management skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, reliable and positive attitude; Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments (not essential)
