Caterlink - Relief Chef Manager for Medway and surrounding Areas

Caterlink is hiring a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the Rochester area and surrounding areas, supporting existing site-based teams. The role is term-time only, with no weekends, and is a mobile role requiring your own transport. Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, working 39 weeks per year. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client; Ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures; Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers; Support the day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
