Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Solaris Healthcare Charlotte Harbor is now hiring. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents. Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided; Assisting at meals; Following infection control and center policies; Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed; Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification by the State; Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening; Weekend availability required

Nice to have

High School Diploma or GED; Experience
