We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist with Romanian and English to join our team in Varna. If you enjoy helping people, communicating online, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity.

Responsibilities

Support customers mainly via chat and email; Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions; Document customer interactions in the CRM system; Follow established procedures and quality standards; Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams; Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously

Requirements

Romanian – C2 / native level; English – B2; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good computer literacy and attention to detail; Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately; Previous customer support experience is an advantage; Willingness to work on shifts
