Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at The Inner Temple

The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple situated on the banks of the Thames, is one of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London. That teamed with its surroundings of a three-acres a stunning garden, it offers a unique backdrop to a wide variety of events

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, private dining and weddings and mostly work at the Pegasus restaurant . You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

The CDP will work at the Pegasus restaurant, and might help at events when needed.

shift patterns are 8AM-4:30PM, 11AM-9PM (may vary time to time)

Job Type: 0 Hours Contract

Salary: £18 per hour

Responsibilities

To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.; Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.; Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.; To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to; Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

Requirements

Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load; Ability to work under pressure; Excellent standards; Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable; Able to work effectively as part of a team; Attention to detail; Strong communication skills
