Chef De Partie

Join Searcys at a spectacular new venue opening in the heart of Knightsbridge this year. Set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, we are looking for an outstanding Chef De Partie to join our opening team.

Jaguar is being repositioned as a modern luxury brand, creating a new end-to-end client journey underpinned by an all-electric portfolio.

This new Knightsbridge location will play a defining role in that vision — establishing a presence and creating a destination that builds brand presence, deepens client engagement, and drives cultural relevance from the moment it opens.

Working as a Chef De Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. You will not only support the Sous/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue but also act as a mentor to the junior kitchen brigade.

Contract: Full Time & Part Time

Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc

Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Responsibilities

To prepare food to a high standard in any area required by the senior chefs; To assist in any extra functions.; To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.; To manage the Client Dining, restaurant/Cafe, hospitality and conference food offers when requested by senior chefs; To assist in the training of junior staff; To ensure smooth running of daily operations; Hygiene and personal hygiene checks; Staff food standards; Waste control; To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy; To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.; Any other reasonable request of Senior Management

Requirements

Excellent communication skills; Hands on and proactive approach; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Passion for food and beverage; Excellent time management; Strong organisational skills
