Chef de Partie

We’re opening new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, so due to our continued growth and expansion we’re now looking for a Chef de Partie for our beautiful site. We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie – ideally you’ll have worked with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen and be calm under pressure. We’re also keen that you have high standards of food hygiene and enjoy learning new things.

Requirements

CDP, Line Chef or Cook; High standards of food hygiene; Enjoy learning new things; Ambitious; Passion for creating delicious dishes

Nice to have

Experience working with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen; Calm under pressure; Experience in a similar fresh food kitchen environment
