Chef de Partie - Victoria & Albert Museum

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling; Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time; Work with the Kitchen Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product

Requirements

Experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen; Attention to detail; Passion for food
