Responsibilities

Work alongside a talented kitchen team delivering consistent, high-quality food; Prepare and cook across multiple sections during busy services; Maintain strong kitchen standards, food safety and presentation; Assist with prep, service and daily kitchen operations; Contribute to a positive team culture and help support junior chefs

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up; Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen; Passionate about delivering great food and consistent quality; Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude; Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
