Inside the restaurant the resource:; is responsible for the management and preparation of the restaurant service; together with colleagues manages the ranks of the restaurant ensuring impeccable service to guests; takes care of guests' needs in a professional and warm way; is the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests
