Responsibilities

We are excited to invite passionate and skilled chefs to join the culinary teams at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat , located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.; We are currently recruiting for Commis Chef and Cooks positions across both properties.; With multiple opportunities available across both properties, this is your chance to grow your career in stunning resort and wellness environments that value quality, teamwork, and professional development.; About the Roles; Depending on your level and experience, you will:; Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards; Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation; Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team; Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness; Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture; Assist with training and mentoring junior team members (Sous Chef and Chef de Partie positions); Support stock control and help maintain efficient kitchen operations

Requirements
