We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations. Working in a busy camp environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

These are Bus in Bus out roles from Cooma on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

Responsibilities

Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services; Work in a high-volume catering environment; Maintain food safety and HACCP standards; Deliver consistent quality and presentation; Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery; Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens; FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential; Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions; Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test; Full Australian working rights
