Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team and provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers; build meaningful relationships with patients and families; understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches; work alongside an interdisciplinary team; provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as the caregivers who support them

Requirements

Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients; 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience; Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends; Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
